Delivery Turnaround on Orders
Our offices will be closed beginning the afternoon of Wednesday, December 24th, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on Friday, December 26th, so our team can spend time with their families.
There is still time for packages to update and be delivered before Christmas. If your order does not arrive by December 25th, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll be happy to help.
As of Tuesday, December 23rd, at 10 AM EST, we can no longer accept orders for Christmas Delivery.
Orders placed with 'Economy' or 'Priority Ground shipping (prior to 12/8 at 12 PM EST), with the 'Arrives By Christmas' Option (between 12/8 and 12/22 at 11 AM EST) or with 'Next Day' (between 12/22 at 11 AM EST and 12/23 at 10 AM) are expected to arrive by Christmas. At the time of shipment, delivery dates were calculated to ensure arrival by 12/24, based on USPS and FedEx cut-off dates for your specified delivery address.
New orders ship in 2-5 days!
Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule so it will ship within 2-3 business days from our facility in Greenville, SC. The rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online. Economy ships via FedEx Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage and has a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority Ground ships via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery and has a transit time of 2-5 days.
Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two. Filigree Jewelry has a 14-business-day processing time, cannot be rushed, and is no longer expected to arrive by Christmas Day!
