The Human Resources Generalist administers human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Promotes equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws. Provides comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to leadership in the area of recruitment and retention of critical talent, payroll and HRIS processing, continuous performance coaching and management, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution.
Customer Support Representative
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by responding to Customer Service Inquiries. The primary responsibility of a Team Member is to ensure that orders in the respective Production area are embellished accurately, on time and in accordance with our quality standards. Team Members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to operation of embroidery equipment, vinyl plotters, engraving equipment, order preparation, quality assurance and shipping.
This is a seasonal position with the potential to become a permanent position based upon performance and demand. This position is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating the DyeSublimation, Engraving, Embroidery, Vinyl, and/or Fulfillment Departments.
Responsible for executing the designs of apparel and accessory products through product specifications and communications with overseas vendors. Leads communication with the manufacturer on product specifications and approvals through development and production within established calendar. This position requires a self-motivated, effective communicator with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
